Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. During the drafting stage of custom services, the images are revised until customer satisfaction. Once the customer has approved the final product, that makes the service completed, therefore making a refund unavailable. The only time a refund is offered is for custom services where the customer is unable to be satisfied with their services during the drafting stages.
